Chardham Bike Tour Package 2021 | Short Itinerar

Day 1: Arrival at Rishikesh

Day 2: Rishikesh to Barkot/Janki Chatti (210 km ride | 6-7 hrs)

Day 3: Janki Chatti to Yamunotri to Harsil Valley (12 Km Trek | 200 km ride | 6-7 hrs)

Day 4: Harsil to Gangotri Templ to Ghansali (220 km ride | 6-7 hrs)

Day 5: Ghansali to Sonprayag (125 km ride | 4-5 hrs)

Day 6: Sonprayag to Kedarnath Temple Trek (18 km trek | 8 hrs)

Day 7: Kedarnath to Sonprayag to Chopta (70 km ride | 2-3 hrs)

Day 8: Chandarashila and Tungnath Trek and back to Chopta campsite (13 KM both side)

Day 9: Depart for Badrinath from Chopta (140 km ride | 6-7 hrs)

Day 10: Badrinath to Srinagar (200 km drive | 7-8 hrs)

Day 11: Srinagar to Rishikesh (90 km ride | 3-4 hrs)

Kedarnath Bike Tour Package 2021 | Short Itinerary

Day 0: Departure from Delhi at 11 PM (Night Travel with Volvo bus)

Day 1: Rishikesh to Sonprayag (240 km ride | 7-8 hrs)

Day 2: Sonprayag to Kedarnath Temple Trek (18 km trek | 8 hrs)

Day 3: Kedarnath to Sonprayag to Chopta (80 km ride | 3-4 hrs)

Day 4: Trek to Tungnath Temple and back to Chopta and Ride to Rishikesh (180 km ride | 6-7 hrs)

Day 5: Explore Rishikesh own your own and later depart for Delhi at 11 PM from Rishikesh (Volvo Bus Ticket)

Detailed Itinerary - Chardham Bike Tour Package 2021

Day 01 – Arrival at Rishikesh

You will be welcome in the journey in Rishikesh (11 AM) and check into your camp/hotel on your day one as briefing and other formality to be done before starting the ride. On this day you can visit Rishikesh, do River Rafting (own your own self).

Day 02 – Rishikesh to Barkot/Janki Chatti (210 km drive | 6-7 hrs)

Today in the morning around 7 am will proceed to our office location to start our journey with bikes and before 9 AM. We will go through Dehradun and Mussoorie.

We will finish our ride of 210 KM at Janki Chatti or at Barkot. Situated at an elevation of 1,220 meters above sea level, Barkot is one of the popular destinations situated in the Uttarkashi district of Uttarakhand, located in the higher Himalayan ranges. The district is a part of Garhwal division. The Barkot city is surrounded on the north by the Dehradun district, on the northeast by Tibet, on the east by Chamoli, on the southeast by the Rudraprayag district and on the south by Tehri Garhwal district. Day 03 – Janki Chatti to Harsil Valley (200 km drive | 6-7 hrs)

After breakfast will visit Yamunotri Temple. Situated amidst the Garhwal Himalayas, Yamunotri in the state of Uttarakhand is naturally bestowed with abundant beauty and charm. At a hovering altitude of 3293 meters, Yamunotri lies adjacent to the Indo-Chinese border and is encircled by the lofty peaks on all sides. One of the holiest centres in the Hindu pantheon, this sacred abode of the Asti muni boast of so many unparallel vistas of nature.

Later that ride towards Harsil Valley. The landscape in Harsil is dotted with many small temples that you can visit during your trip to the place. You can also see some very dense deodar forests in Harsil and you can explore through the same, thus taking in some good mountain air and indulge in adventurous activities like trekking, and adventure buffs and those with a penchant for experiencing some adrenaline lined moments can visit this place. Day 04 – Harsil to Gangotri Temple to Tehri Lake (200 km ride | 6-7 hrs)

Today after breakfast will visit to Gangotri Temple. One of the main religious places among the four Char Dham pilgrimage areas, Gangotri, situated in Uttarkashi, is closely related to Goddess Ganga, the river that we know as Ganges. The history of Gangotri dates back to centuries when Goddess Ganga transformed herself into a river to dissolve the sins of King Bhagirath’s forefathers, following his penance. Gangotri is a popular pilgrim place in India, which stands at an altitude of 3042m and emits a highly pious aura. Religious rituals are in full swing in the Gangotri temple with the Arti ceremony performed by the pujaris of the Semwal family.

After that will ride towards Tehri Lake via Dobrachati Bridge. Tehri lake is India’s highest dam. Tehri town offers a splendid beauty of Tehri Lake on one side and dense forest at other. A
historical Raj mahal in Pratap Nagar and New Tehri along with Tehri lake is a major attraction for tourists. Every year a festival is organized at Tehri Lake attended by a large number of local/tourist people. Places of interest near New Tehri are New Tehri Dam, Pratap Nagar, Dobrachati, etc. Have dinner and stay overnight.

Day 05 – Tehri Lake to Sonprayag (180 km drive | 6-7 hrs | 2,800 m

After breakfast will start our ride to Sonprayag. Sonprayag is a place of religious significance located in-route to Kedarnath Dham. It is situated at an elevation of 1829 mtrs above sea level and offers a scintillating view of snow-covered mountains and lush green Sonprayag valley.

After reaching to sonprayag will check into our hotel have some rest and, in the evening, will visit Triyuginarayan Temple and come back to hotel. Have dinner and stay overnight.

Sonprayag to Kedarnath Temple Trek (18 km trek | 8 hrs)

Early morning before 7 am get ready to have breakfast and we will start our trek at 8 am from Gaurikund. This 8-hour long trek will go through lush green mountain and along with Mandakini River.

After reaching to kedarnath temple will check into our lodge/hotel/camp and enjoy your bhakti at Kedarnath Temple. The Kedarnath Temple is situated at an altitude of 3580 m amidst the background of snow-covered mountain peaks and forests. The temple is built of large, heavy and evenly cut grey slabs of stones and is considered more than 1000 years old. The temple has a garbha griha (inner sanctum) where a conical rock formation is situated and a Mandapam for seating of pilgrims and visitors. A large statue of the Nandi Bull is situated outside the temple door. The nearest motorable road reaches Gaurikund. The pilgrims have to trek 16 km to reach the temple. Day 07 – Kedarnath to Sonprayag to Chopta (70 km drive | 2-3 hrs)

After breakfast we will start trek down from Kedarnath Temple and reach sonprayag. From there we will start our ride for Chopta and stay overnight.

Day 8- Chandarashila and Tungnath Trek and back to Chopta campsite (13 KM both side

It prefers to go early morning to trek Chandrashila Peak around 4-5 AM to get mesmerising view of Sunrise. This is the day for short hike to Tungnath and Chandrashila Peak which is just 6 KM trek one side but its more high altitude (4000+ mt). Tungnath temple is world’s highest shiva temple in the world and one the punchkedar which represent Hands of Lord shiva.

Day 09 –Chopta to Badrinath Temple (140 km drive | 4-5 hrs)

In the morning, after breakfast will start our ride toward Badrinath dham along with joshimath. After reaching to Badrinath will check into our hotel/lodge/guest house and rest.

Day 10 – Badrinath to Srinagar (200 km drive | 7-8 hrs)

After breakfast will visit to Last village mana and start our ride back to Srinagar from Badrinath Temple. Srinagar is major market that connect Himalayan town of Puari, Rudraprayag and Chamoli. And while coming back to Srinagar we will witness to MAA DHARIDEVI TEMPLE. Reach to our hotel, check in and stay overnight with dinner.

Day 11 – Srinagar to Rishikesh (90 km ride | 3-4 hrs)

After breakfast will head to Rishikesh form Srinagar and ending the trip with beautiful memories.

No cancellations will be taken over call or whatsapp msg. Please reply to the email of payment receipt that you have received at the time of booking.

Chardham or Kedarnath opening dates yet to announce so travel dates may get change.

Free Cancellation upto 35 days before the departure date

34 Days to 25 days of Departure date. 10% of total Trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.

24 Days to 18 Days of Departure date. 25% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

17 Days to 10 Days of Departure date. 50% of the total trip cost along with the booking amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.

10 Days to 6 Days of Departure date. 75% of the total trip cost will be charged as cancellation fee.

6 Days to Trip Departure date. 100% of the total trip cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.

No Show. No refund.

Incase of government orders, harsh weather conditions, protests, landslides or any other unforeseen circumstances, we work out the best possible alternate plans or trips/treks. At times even certain activities are cancelled, the organization provides the best alternate but no refunds are provided.

If a trek is called off at the last moment due to a natural calamity/unforeseen circumstances (like rain, snowfall, earthquake, landslides, strike, bandh etc.), Tour On 2 Wheelers will issue a bike trip voucher for the full amount and if possible, will provide an alternate bike trip. The voucher can be redeemed up to same amount for the same trek or another trek in the next 365 days from the trip departure date.
