Bookings
You can book online or by phone/WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed once our team confirms it with you by phone or WhatsApp, or once your online advance payment is received.
Bike and scooter rental
- The rider must show an original, valid driving licence and original Aadhaar card at pickup.
- Rent is charged per day. Store timings are 8 AM to 8 PM. If a vehicle is returned late, the next day's rent applies.
- If a vehicle is returned before the booked period ends, the remaining rent is not refunded.
- Any external damage to the vehicle must be paid for by the renter.
- Tripling (three people on a two-wheeler) is not allowed. If found, the vehicle can be taken back and the security deposit will not be refunded.
- Fuel is not included. Vehicles come with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump.
- Please make a video of the vehicle before starting your ride.
- Riding at night is at the renter's own risk.
- Returning a vehicle before or after store hours at the renter's request costs ₹500 extra per vehicle.
River rafting
- Rafting runs from September to June, subject to river conditions and government rules.
- Minimum age is 14 years. All rafters must follow the guide's safety briefing and wear the safety gear provided.
Camping
- Guests must carry a valid photo ID and follow the camp rules.
- Check-in and check-out times are shared at booking.
Safety and responsibility
Adventure activities and riding carry risk. You take part at your own risk and must follow all traffic laws, safety instructions and local rules.
Payments
Online payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Any balance is payable at pickup or check-in. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
